LAND FUND PRADO

RDP has formed a land fund located in Prado, approximately 3 hours outside Colombia’s capital, Bogota.

The  fund seeks to capture increased land value through proprietarily planned developments and organic  appreciation in the region achieved through local demand and infrastructure improvements.

CARTAGENA

RDP will develop a mixed-use lifestyle resort on the island of Tierra Bomba, across the bay from mainland Cartagena. Based on the concept of RDP’s first resort community, Luxe, in Guatape, Antioquia, the Cartagena development will feature for-sale apartments and cabanas, a Charlee Hotel, beach club, high-end dining, and more. The Company believes the unique location of Tierra Bomba is ideally located across the bay from Bocagrande, placing visitors at just a 7 minute boat ride from the upscale real estate and touristic destinations of mainland Cartagena, while benefiting from the exotic surroundings of an isolated island setting.

GALÁPAGOS ISLANDS

RDP will develop a luxury eco-tent project on the island of San Cristobal in the Galapagos Islands.

The development feature luxury rustic accommodations and facilities that will cater to high-end travelers and fill the largely unmet demand for luxury accommodations on the islands.

The Company has selected this location for its first luxury eco-tent development due to the site’s ecological and adventure offerings, growing high-end demand and greatly constrained accommodation supply.
